Generate aci::vz::Filter and aci::vz::Entry, to manage the filters of the contracts
aci::FaultCheck no longer fails on the faults of objects configured by somebody else below a checked object (e.g. the objects of another deployment in a shared tenant): only the faults of the checked objects and of the implicit children the api creates for them count

Log the error message returned by the aci api in the error of a failed deployment
Generate a reference entity (aci::fv::TenantReference, …) next to every resource, usable anywhere a resource is, to point at objects the model doesn’t manage without exporting a resource for them
The identity of a generated object now lives on a base entity (aci::fv::TenantABC, …) shared by the resource and the reference; relations point at it, while the index stays on the resource and on the reference so both can co-exist for the same object
Add aci::RootReference, and split aci::ResourceABC into aci::ObjectABC (identity) and aci::ResourceABC (deployed state)
Aggregate membership propagates through references, so the resources below a reference can be aggregated; aci::AggregateResource.resources itself still only holds resources
The entities generated for aci classes we don’t manage a resource for no longer expose the attributes we can not configure (they only identify the object)
Add aci::FaultCheck, to fail when the deployed aci objects carry active faults

Update the tests for std no longer exporting the std::AgentConfig resource
Aggregate resource diff no longer reports unmanaged api-generated attributes as removed when a managed attribute changes
Export the same desired state on every compile, unblocking partial compiles: the resource attributes were serialized in the arbitrary order of a python set, which changes with the interpreter’s hash seed
